Elia G. Stratis Scholarship

Athletic Criteria: * Full/partial scholarship awarded preferably to an incoming freshman who has been selected to be a member of the track and field program. The term of the award is a maximum of four academic years or eight semesters. * The successful candidate must be eligible for undergraduate admission to Fairleigh Dickinson University, meet NCAA requirements for initial eligibility and be a prime prospect for the University’s Division I track and field program. * In the event the candidate is an upperclassman, the candidate must have demonstrated a strong academic record. * Award renewal is contingent upon the student remaining in good academic standing and remaining eligible to compete in intercollegiate athletics. An exception will be granted in the case of the student-athlete being injured; the recipient would not lose his/her award. * Candidates will be selected from among all student recruits under consideration for track and field athletics awards.
